vegan No Churn Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with just SIX ingredients
The Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream recipe thats so easy to make with just a few household ingredients, including Twisted Nut Peanut Butter.

- 3 Large Bananas (frozen)
- 300g Twisted Nut Silky Smooth Peanut Butter
- 400ml Coconut Milk
- 3-4 Dates for Extra Sweetness (optional)
- 50g chocolate chips ( add more if you like your ice cream extra chocolatey )
- 1tsp Himalayan Salt
In a high speed blender ( we used a Vitamix ), add all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Blend until silky smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour in a container and leave in the freezer to set until firm.
Scoop & serve with extra peanut butter drizzled on top & chocolate shavings.
