The Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream recipe thats so easy to make with just a few household ingredients, including Twisted Nut Peanut Butter.

Servings: 2-3

 

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Bananas (frozen)
  • 300g Twisted Nut Silky Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 400ml Coconut Milk
  • 3-4 Dates for Extra Sweetness (optional)
  • 50g chocolate chips ( add more if you like your ice cream extra chocolatey )
  • 1tsp Himalayan Salt

 

Instructions

In a high speed blender ( we used a Vitamix ), add all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips. 

 

Blend until silky smooth. 

 

Stir in the chocolate chips.

 

Pour in a container and leave in the freezer to set until firm.

 

Scoop & serve with extra peanut butter drizzled on top & chocolate shavings.
